Order and payment
Submitting an intake creates a request, not proof of payment or completed acceptance. The selected package and amount are locked server-side. A payment is recorded only after a valid signed Yoco webhook matches the registered checkout. A browser success page is not payment proof.
Scope limitation
The service does not design, engineer, size, install, inspect, commission, certify or approve solar systems. It does not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Customer material
You must have the right to provide submitted documents and should remove information not needed for the review. Do not upload identity documents, banking information, card details, passwords or access codes.
Samples and reliance
Sample findings are illustrative and must not be used to make a real purchasing, installation, electrical, compliance, finance, tax, legal or safety decision.
Cancellation and refunds
Before paying, contact hello@truescope.co.za if you are unsure which package applies. Cancellation, withdrawal and refund requests require owner review and Yoco transaction verification; no automatic refund or outcome is promised by the browser return page.
